Mr. Mohammad Helal is the head of our trial practice department guiding our court clerks with all contentious matters at the UAE courts including the Public Prosecution as well as police stations.

Mr. Mohammad Helal studied Law graduating from Tanta University in 2006.  Mohammad is highly regarded amongst his peers and is an expert at navigating through the UAE court system to reach the client’s ultimate need and requirement.

Mohammad Helal has a track record of success that ranges from the most basic to the most complex litigation cases; he has experience in Trademark registration and company set up.  Mohammad also has extensive experience at Court, dealing with registrations, police stations and all government agencies in the UAE and the rental disputes Centre.

Due to his extensive procedural expertise and evidentiary experience he continues to be a leader in his field.
